Last week ,customer comes from Russia come to our factory to inspect the equipment they ordered two months ago.
The acceptance inspection process will include the following steps:
Equipment Demonstration: Our technical team will provide a comprehensive demonstration of the shot blasting machine's operation, highlighting its key features, controls, and safety protocols. They will explain the machine's capabilities and answer any questions the clients may have.
Performance Testing: The shot blasting machine will undergo rigorous performance testing to assess its efficiency, productivity, and overall functionality. The clients will have the opportunity to witness the machine in operation and evaluate its performance based on their specific production needs.
Quality Assessment: The clients will inspect the shot blasting machine's components, including blast wheels, wire mesh belt, control system, and dust collection system. They will closely examine the machine's build quality, material integrity, and overall workmanship to ensure compliance with their standards.
Compliance Verification: The clients will review the technical specifications and documentation provided by our team to verify that the shot blasting machine meets all the agreed-upon requirements, including power supply, dimensions, capacity, and safety standards.
Acceptance Decision: Based on the results of the inspection, the Russian clients make an acceptance decision.
